TERMS OF PURCHASE:  Purchase Orders or credit card payment is required unless you are an established coustomer. We understand some organizations utilize Net 30/60 day terms, which is acceptable.  There is a 20% restocking fee of purchased items returned. 

All CDs, DVDs, and written materials are non-returnable. Due to the advances in technology, the theft of CD and DVD contents are easy. For this reason, all CD and DVD are final. No exchange, return, refund, or credit will be accepted. 

RESTOCKING FEE: Items returned within 10 days will reflect a 20% restocking fee unless you wish to exchange for video of equal or lesser value. No refunds or exchanges after ten days. 

RETURN POLICY: All sales final after 10 days. 

SHIPPING/HANDLING: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and generally shipped via UPS or other tracking system.  

ORDERS BEYOND CONTINENTAL U.S. A. :  All orders outside the United States must be pre-paid by check or credit card prior to shipping. A shipping and handling fee of at least $75.00 may be added to cover all shipping charges.
